The stable display will remain in the Exhibition Hall, but will have to be modified to allow Glasgow 1115 out and a replacement exhibit in. Ken and Stuart of the Outside Works Dept. are cutting it in two to see if it is possible to simply move the wall out of the way and replace it again with the clearance to get tramcars in and out.
Ken contemplates the next step in the process of chopping the stable in half.
