To allow the wheelset into the truck bay, LUT 159 is removed into the morning sun, a welcome return of better weather after the recent snow and rain.
Within a few minutes the tram is back in place.
The two photographs show the newly fitted curves to the top-deck handrails.
Another addition to the Museum is the lift that will be used to allow the high level hanging signs to be taken down in the Exhibition Hall and then to install the proposed new hanging banners and can be used around the Museum in areas inaccessible to the cherry picker.
